Willow's Baked Goods specializes in gluten free, and vegan products. Each delicious baked good is individually cared for which gives the taste and feeling of homemade treats. Willow’s Baked Goods is a Women owned business based out of Long Island, New York. The company specializes in baking vegan and gluten free goods. We currently operate out of the Stony Brook University Incubator at Calverton. WBG strives to provide delicious baked goods for their customers through our retail partners and direct to consumer via local events and personal orders.

Kierstin Galvez started this journey at the age of 19 out of a local café. During the pandemic she decided to start practicing new recipes and turn her hobby into something more. Since then, we have participated in many events and farmers markets and are currently at several locations on Long Island and online. We see ourselves initially expanding the wholesale business to more local retail partners and continue to mature our online business for B2B and B2C.
